1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using VibeTo AI ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. VibeTo AI is operated by MegatronLabs ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VibeTo AI on macOS devices you own, subject to the terms of your plan:

Monthly ($5.99/mo) — Use on unlimited personal devices while your subscription is active. Cancel anytime.
Annual ($49/yr) — Use on unlimited personal devices while your subscription is active. Cancel anytime.
Lifetime ($59.99) — Permanent license for up to 5 devices. Includes all future updates. No recurring charges.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, sublicense, or resell VibeTo AI
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Share your license key with others outside your personal use
Use the Software for any illegal purpose

4. Third-Party Services

VibeTo AI integrates with third-party services including speech-to-text providers (OpenAI, Groq, Deepgram), text-to-speech services (ElevenLabs), and Claude Code (Anthropic). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

5. API Keys

You are responsible for the security and usage of your own API keys. VibeTo AI stores API keys locally in the macOS Keychain. We do not have access to your API keys or the data sent to third-party providers.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases, but existing subscriptions and lifetime licenses are not affected.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email support@vibeto.ai within 7 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel monthly or annual subscriptions at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime licenses cannot be cancelled as they are perpetual.

9. Updates and Support

All plans include free software updates. We provide email support at support@vibeto.ai. Lifetime license holders receive priority support. We reserve the right to discontinue the Software, in which case the last available version will remain functional.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeTo AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Speech recognition accuracy depends on your chosen provider, hardware, and environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegatronLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VibeTo AI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where MegatronLabs is incorporated.
